It was great to meet so many of you in person that we have gotten to know online over the past few years. We appreciate all the great ideas, comments and time we spent together. It was great to meet the staff over at Interweave Press and thanks for such a great event. Katie Hacker (katiehacker.com)stopped by and shared some great tips with us that we are excited about sharing with all of you in the coming weeks. Heidi with Lillypilly Designs also shared with us some great work on shell pieces that you all have to see at lillypillydesigns.com. We were also lucky to have met Jane Konkel with Kalmbach Publishing and to thank her for all of her contributions to so many people and their families that work with natural beads from around the world. Lilian loved spending time speaking to Fernando from Beadalon in Portuguese. They are both from Brazil and many of you who have traveled or were born in another country know how nice it is to speak your native tongue. Thank you…Thank you…Thank you, to any of those of you we have unintentionally left off and we enjoyed every minute that we spent with each and every one of you.We hope you enjoy the pictures and Tchau for now……<br />We made a quick stop in Washington, DC on our way home and up top are a few pictures.<br />Picture 1.....My favorite gem from "The Natural History Museum".
